Return & Refund Policy
Payment and Pricing Policy
Under normal conditions, if the order is not paid within 5 days, the system will automatically cancel the order. However, we only accept the current pricing without any prior notice. If the customer chooses to pay using the old price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the money to the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
Customers should consider carefully before any purchase is made. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you have purchased differs in the billing item. Please contact us first with your order number, details of the product, image differ item and your order invoice. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will the refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be proceeded, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of the days.
