Payment and Pricing Policy

Under normal conditions, if the order is not paid within 24 hours, the system will automatically cancel the order. However, we only accept the current pricing without any prior notice. If the customer chooses to pay using the old price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the money to the customer.
Return and Refund Policy
Order Cancellations We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or listing inaccuracies. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the listed price was incorrect due to system errors, human mistake, or sudden fluctuations in market prices (e.g. gold price volatility). In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. We are not obligated to honour orders placed with incorrect pricing. Customer-Initiated Cancellations We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or return of items unless the item received differs from the billing description. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at [email protected] or +60177978101 and provide: - order number, description of the issue, image of the incorrect item & a copy of your order invoice. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for return or replacement.
